毎年5月、11月に東日本大震災の被災地に思いを寄せる3日間として「悲願会」が開かれます。
通常は非公開の本堂、庭園も特別公開され講話や演奏会・お茶会が開かれます。
LPWは2012年から参加させていただています。
哲学の道からほど近い5月の法然院は新緑の清々とした空気に満ちています。

Every year in May and November, LPW holds a three-day "Gigankai" to remember the areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami.
LPW has participated in this event since 2012.
In May, Honen-in Temple, located near the Philosopher's Path, is filled with the fresh green air.
Members of the LPW art and music clubs will be waiting for you, so please drop by.
